Zu Event-level adaptor plugs into the ZuB3™ loudspeaker socket and has WTB™ 5-way binding posts on the other end.
Note, if your Zu loudspeakers have both ZuB3 and 5-way binding posts, we do not see any benefit using this jumper into the ZuB3 instead of using the existing 5-way posts.
What does this adaptor facilitate?
Zu loudspeakers that only have ZuB3 input socket, this adaptor makes possible the use of standard connectors such as spades, banana plugs and bare wire.
Zu loudspeaker that have both ZuB3 and 5-way binding posts, this adaptor gives a user two sets of parallel 5-way binding posts. Examples of this second use case includes:
ZuB3 to 5-Way Adaptor being used to connect and feed a signal cable to the “speaker-level” inputs of a subwoofer
ZuB3 to 5-Way Adaptor makes possible parallel connection of two pair of loudspeakers from the one amplifier channel using speaker cable or wire having bare wire, spades or banana plugs. Note, jumping one speaker to another speaker like this, parallel connection, will double the load on the amp
