We ask in return that you give the product fair consideration and talk with us and others regarding setup, tuning and integration into your playback system.

If after four weeks or more of play and trials you decide the product is not what you had hoped, let us know and we’ll arrange for the product to be collected and you will not be charged for the return shipping—and we make this process easy, from the packaging of the product to the friendly attitude and service.

Qualifications And Terms

  • You purchased the product from Zu Audio within the last two months in good faith.

  • You contacted Zu for assistance in achieving the performance you expect.

  • You followed Zu recommendations and reported back. (This gives Zu the opportunity to help you realize your goals and helps Zu better know its customers and how the product might be improved.)

  • You paid for shipping to you, we’ll cover the shipping back to us. (If for any reason the product was delivered to you at Zu’s expense the safe return of the product is your responsibility.)

  • If more than 60 days are needed, say you're also evaluating the competition or another component that has not yet made it to you, simply let us know anytime within the first 60 days for an extension of the satisfaction guarantee—provided your request is reasonable, we will extend the term.

  • If you send the product back to us without following the above you may be subject to shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

  • If the product is not repackaged as it was received, and damage to the finish or products results, you will be held responsible for fair and reasonable repair costs.

  • Satisfaction guarantee assumes the product has not been abused, damaged or modified. Guarantee does not cover loss, damage, shipping charges not agreed to, or other shipping costs.

  • Custom orders, unless otherwise agreed to, are excluded from our 100% money-back guarantee. If you have commissioned a custom color or an unusual cable termination or format you may only receive a portion of the original amount, typically 80%. Promotional or discounted products may have their own satisfaction guarantee policy.

  • Return shipping is covered within the lower 48 States only. We do still offer the 60 day guarantee but customers outside these areas are responsible for return shipping.
