[Mobius-Extension Owner’s Manual]
Straight or 90 Degree on the Plug - Which Do I Need?
It all depends on usage. Most will be best served by a straight plug. But there are times when a 90-degree plug works better, or is safer for the jack. If your headphone jack might get snagged by a passer-by, the 90-degree plug tucks the plug and cable in and reduces this hazard. Likewise on a console, DJ both or other pro audio use, where a 90-degree plug might tuck things in and reduce the change getting smashing into by your body or chair. Straight plugs are more convenient for typical home audio applications and are a bit less fuss in plugging and unplugging.

Burn-in
Mobius-Extension does take a few weeks to sound its best, most however find it to be better than stock right out of the box. Please do not worry about or use any special burn-in systems or procedures, just listen and enjoy. Complete burn-in is roughly 400 hours. Zu does not recommend any contact enhancing products for the Mobius. For our thoughts on burn-in please see the Answers section.
