Ready To Ship items will be shipped within one or two business days of order. All other items are shipped according to the item’s order-to-ship schedule, which is posted on the item’s page and updated frequently during the sale.

Alaska and Hawaii - Zu will cover your sales tax, but shipping will be $149 for DWX pairs, and $299 for other speaker pairs.

Canadians - your taxes, duties and import fees are your responsibility, but free ground shipping we can do. Shipments to the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Mexico and Latin America, we’ve got your back, $299 flat rate for a pair of DWX, $499 for all other speaker pairs, duties and taxes are your responsibility. If your country isn’t listed, please email us your address and we’ll do our best to make your shipping cost less painful.  International shipping will be invoiced after we receive your order.

All items are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee (from the time you receive it), but under the terms of this sale return shipping is your responsibility and will be subtracted from your refund.
