These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the Zu Audio website located at www.zuaudio.com. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE—IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Zu Audio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use for changes. Zu Audio assets including trade secrets, brand identities, trade names, trade dress, and service marks are regarded as valuable assets—Zu does not license or authorize the use of any assets without prior written agreement.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Zu Audio’s prior written consent.

You may use information on Zu Audio products and services such as technical data sheets, knowledge based articles, and similar materials purposely made available by Zu Audio for downloading from the Site, provided that you use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose.

All products purchased from this Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Zu Audio. Ownership to products purchased on this Website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Zu Audio delivers these items to the carrier. If you have arranged for Will Call and are picking up products purchased within Website, ownership of products, as well as the risk of loss and transport damage, passes to you when purchased items are received by you.  Zu Audio attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the performance, condition and colors of our products that appear on this Website. As the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Zu Cable™, Zu Audio™, Zu Loudspeakers™, Zu Custom™, Zu Hi-Fi™, Zu Pro™, have been marketed and considered variations of the same trademark. Any use of the word Zu by anyone other than Zu Audio within the audio markets is regarded as trademark infringement.

Zu™ and Zu Moto™ are also held as trade names and marks within the powersports industry copyright © 2003 - 2023. Zu Logo usage in the power sports industry is under agreement from Zu Audio to Sean M Casey and Jake Hirschi to use within Zu Moto LLC.

All rights are reserved with regard to the aforementioned trademarks and other trademarks of Zu Audio which may not be included for any reason. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited, and nothing stated or implied in this Website confers on you any license or right.

All copyright rights in the text, images, photographs, graphics, and other content provided on this Website are owned by Zu Audio or its third-party licensors to the full extent provided under the United States Copyright Act and all international copyright laws. Zu Audio's Unsolicited Idea Policy

Neither Zu Audio, nor any of its employees accept or consider unsolicited ideas including ideas of technology, product design, advertising, promotion, names or marketing. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas or works. The reason for this policy is to avoid disputes and misunderstandings. We do of course welcome your feedback on how we can improve our business. Please send your comments and criticism to info@zuaudio.com. Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The information contained in this web site is subject to change without notice.

Zu Audio’s Personal Privacy Policy

Zu Audio is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, trade, rent or in anyway disclose your personal information to anyone without your permission, except in cases of liability, legal action or compliance with U.S. or Utah law.

We do not automatically collect any personal information about you. We do however obtain some types of non-personally identifiable info such as the ISP you use to connect to the internet.

When purchasing product from us we will collect certain personal information to identify you, protect against fraud and secure payment. We may ask for your personal information when discussing a service or guarantee issue.

Our credit card and payment processors: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, merchant services... may also collect information about you in order to process your payment. If you do not know your credit card and issuing bank’s privacy policy we would advise you contact them.

We may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about your purchase; but otherwise, if you have not requested to receive information, you will not be hearing from us.

Payment & Sales Tax

Zu Audio uses Stripe for payment processing which is certified as a Level-1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

The Zu Audio website is hosted by Squarespace and uses Stripe/TaxJar for sales tax collection. TaxJar is a cloud-based platform that automates the entire sales tax life cycle—from calculations and nexus tracking to reporting and filing.
