Shipping outside the U.S.

Shipping costs for all international orders are quoted; included will be estimated delivery schedule. We can ship with your desired freight forwarder as well, and can arrange for quotes from FedEx, BAX Global, in some cases USPS, and others for your reference.

Note, any order shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) cannot be delivery guaranteed, only that the shipment will make it to customs. From that point on responsibility for delivery is in the postal system of the respective country.

Shipments inside the U.S.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, your delivery address, and shipping method. We can quote you shipping cost over the phone, email, at checkout at ZuAudio.com, or by fax. Once you’ve placed an order, we email you the invoice confirmation complete with an estimated ship date. Most all cable orders ship within 24 hours. Loudspeaker availability is based on demand, current production cycles, and shipping schedules. Definition loudspeakers can only be shipped via freight.

All shipments are sent signature required unless otherwise arranged.

If you are willing to to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature you may authorize Zu via email to have your order delivered without a signature—but know there is no recourse with Zu and very little with the shipping company if your order is lost.

Also know that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or change its signature status. FedEx will make three delivery attempts before the shipment is returned to Zu. After the first delivery attempt you can contact FedEx and request to pick up your shipment at your local FedEx hub.

Occasional packages are returned to us as “undeliverable” by the shipping company. If this happens we will attempted several times to contact you through all given contact methods to arrange reshipment.

$12 flat rate for all cable and phono pickups orders shipped FedEx Ground. Shipping costs for loudspeakers are quoted on ZuAudio.com, or if you prefer you can call or email for quote.

FedEx Ground, for the lower 48 states only. Intermountain states are generally two business day delivery time. West coast is usually three business days. Midwest is usually four business days, and Eastern states are five to seven business days.
FedEx Express Saver, generally a two to three day service; two for near Utah states, and three for the remaining lower 48.
FedEx Express 2-day, service includes Hawaii and Alaska.
FedEx Express Overnight, delivered prior to 5:00 p.m. local time. This service may not be available in your area.
FedEx Express Priority Overnight, generally delivered prior to 10:00 a.m. local time. May not be available in your area.
FedEx Express Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery, if available, will add $25 to the FedEx Express 2-day or Overnight quote.

These are estimates for transit times only, from the time your order is picked up by the shipping company to the time of delivery. It does not include processing or product build cycle time at Zu.
