A great review is a wonderful thing, and a poor one is pretty shitty,
but hell, we can't please all of the people all of the time. So our
policy is quite simple:
For print and web-published magazines that pay their professional
reviewers to write about product we endeavour to provide Zu kit
on loan for around 4-6 weeks and then they return it—if the
reviewer loves it so much they want to purchase it, well, then
we will negotiate a price which will never be less than our
trade price for our dealers.
For individuals interested in writing up their thoughts for
forum review, we offer our products on our normal sale and
return 60 day trial basis. This preserves the validity of
forums as the natural venue for free speech without commercial
favor influencing what's written.
