Zu U.S. and Canadian reseller information Zu generally sells and represents its products directly to the end user in the United States of America and Canada. Removal of the middleman and its overhead gives us the ability to make the highest quality product possible, and allows us to sell a state-of-the-art product at highly competitive prices. Zu does however maintain a few select resellers in the U.S. and Canada. These dealers have chosen to work with Zu despite limited profit and other financial incentives from Zu. Authorized Zu resellers located in your area allow you to listen to Zu products without the time investment of a home audition, to quickly know if your idea of playback matches ours. While Zu does not force purchase of its products through your local reseller when available, we encourage users that audition products with their local dealer to also purchase there. Products purchased through authorized resellers are governed by the policies of the dealer and may not qualify for certain privileges. Warranty is never a question, we will stand behind our product, but a 60-day money back guarantee may not be supported by the reseller. Also know that product that is not purchased directly from Zu is not eligible for Zu sponsored trade-in credit. Generally, you can expect the same price from a reseller as from Zu. Likely shipping and freight charges will apply, as will sales taxes if applicable. Zu resale authorization is given only to those that have profound knowledge about the playback arts and provide the end user with the best possible guidance and assistance. While we appreciate the inquiry, dealers interested in Zu should know that we are not expanding our reseller program. Our direct to the end user business model does not support it.
