Order processing information The estimated ship date on your order is based on product availability or forecast production cycles. It does not include transit time. If you need your order on a specific date please coordinate this with us via email. Generally, payments are processed within one to three business days of product being ready to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding major U.S. holidays. Once we have received your order via telephone, email, or through our online store, ZuAudio.com, we will enter your information in an invoice and send it back to you for confirmation. This generally happens within an hour of placing your order, or the morning of the following business day if it came through after hours. Product that is in-stock will generally ship the same day it is ordered, provided the order comes through by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). If the order cannot be shipped complete, and you have specified FedEx Express shipping we will contact you to find out how we should proceed. If we are unable to hear from you, and the order can ship complete the following business day, we will hold the ready-to-ship items and ship complete the following day. While we make every effort to hit our estimated ship dates, things do happen and have to be worked around. We want you to know that we will never ship a product before it is fully tested and ready, even if that means significant delays to your scheduled order. If anything happens that will prevent your order from shipping as indicated, we will immediately contact you and you can count on a straight forward and truthful review of the situation. If you find the delay unsatisfactory you may cancel your order without penalty. This may not apply to custom orders depending on the complexity and originality of the custom product.
