International agents and Zu product purchased through them Zu products are subject to United States and foreign export and import laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, transferred, or used in compliance with them. Outside the U.S. and Canada, Zu generally operates through international agents. The agents are generally companies that are experienced with their countries import and export programs and also control their own retail outlets. Zu product purchased through international agents are serviced and cared for by the agent and not Zu. If you have any questions about the policies of Zu products purchased through an international agent please contact the company listed for your country. Due to international freight charges, import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees, international customers can generally expect to pay between 30 and 50% more than the U.S. price depending on the country. These charges are generally designed by each country to balance trade and protect their domestic manufacturing.
