Images, ideas, photos, movies, logos, that are not original to Zu are noted within the site directly associated with the material, or stated here.

Zu’s brand identities including, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, and service marks are valuable assets. Zu does not license or authorize the use of any of these assets. Zu is an OEM and does not brand third party products with any Zu identity.


Specific to press, we appreciate press and buzz, and in most all cases would be happy to allow usage of our marks and copyright protected material; please give us the opportunity to know where and how are assets are being used by requesting authorization from us. Thank you.

Zu and it’s use as a trademark for audio related products is copyright, 2000 by Zu Cable Inc. DBA: Zu Audio. Zu Cable, Zu Audio, Zu Loudspeakers, Zu Custom, Zu Pro, have been marketed and considered variations of the same trademark. Any marketing use of the word Zu by others within the audio industries is regarded as trademark infringement.

Zu and ZuMoto are also held as trade names and marks within the motorcycle industry by Sean Casey & Adam Decaria.

 

Zu’s unsolicited idea submission policy


Zu, nor any of its employees accept or consider unsolicited ideas including ideas for technology, product, advertising, promotion, names or marketing. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas or works. The reason for this policy is to avoid disputes and misunderstandings.
