Christian knows just how important correct process and production schedule are to the
team's ability to get it done right and on time. He also knows work breakdown structures
and what the right guy for a job looks like, and how to train and quickly move them
into process. Christian attended UofU on a leadership scholarship. But after two
years of school, events landed him knee-deep in concrete where he realized his
passion... to see the product of his work and skill at the end of a good hard day. He
spent the next twenty years in concrete, eventually starting his own flatwork
company—managing a team of twenty-five in its prime. Multilingual (Spanish, Germish
and sometimes Italish) and likes to cook for his wife Pamela and daughter Ceceli.
